RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope that you love your purchase from PrivateCloud9. If that's not the case, we gladly accept returns for exchanges on all unused items within 7 business days of the delivery date. The product must be returned in its original quality with tags.

WHAT IS THE RETURN OR EXCHANGE PROCESS?
Please reach out to use via email  support@privatecloud9.com or on the Contact Us page. PLEASE NOTE in the case it is decided that the product is not a good fit buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We will gladly provide you a return shipping label that is $4.50. This amount will be deducted from either your refund or your store credit to exchange for something else.

OTHER NOTES:

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with tags attached. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit, so we require a tracking number. .
  • Please allow up to 1 week for your refund to be processed. Once your payment has been refunded, you will receive an email notification.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

PROCESSING TIME
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping is up to but never more than 48 hours.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
PrivateCloud9 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages domestically or internationally. In the case that something does go wrong with your carrier we will offer our best advise on how to work with your shipping carrier but it is the buyers responsibility to uncover their lost or stolen items.

EXCEPTIONS & NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as health and beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
